3. Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Replacement or refund decisions for lost shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on shipping confirmation, tracking status, and carrier investigation results.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Cryptocurrency refunds, if approved, may be processed to the original wallet address or another verified wallet provided by the customer.
